Keeping our colleagues safe is our top priority. Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic almost all of our colleagues have moved to working from home with the technical capabilities put in place to ensure they have all the equipment they need to carry out their role.
We understand that this time has presented challenges for everyone and we have strived to make sure our colleagues have felt supported throughout. Our extensive wellbeing programme provides 24/7 mental, physical, financial and social health support, through regular workshop sessions, apps and support from our wellbeing champions. We also put a £100,000 colleague hardship fund in place to support colleagues whose households have experienced significant financial hardship as a direct result of the coronavirus crisis.
Our colleagues have adapted brilliantly to new ways of communicating with the introduction of Microsoft Teams meaning we can all ‘see’ each other regularly while working remotely at home. Our Property Services and IT teams have worked hard to ensure our colleagues feel safe in our offices.
We’ve also continued to recognise our colleagues’ achievements through our virtual 4Cs awards and virtual team meetings. Our colleagues have hosted team quizzes and games giving us all a chance to catch up socially and stay connected.
We are proud to have continued to recruit new colleagues during this time. We have conducted many video interviews and welcomed colleagues with virtual onboarding and inductions. We are excited to embrace new ways of working and roles that can be based working from home as well as in our offices.
