Our Assurance, Risk and Compliance (ARC) team make sure we stay compliant, manage risk and keep our customers protected. They recently came together for a team day to share priorities, reflect on successes so far and reconnect with each other. It was a great chance to discuss what matters most for the team – and how ARC can continue supporting the wider business in delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers.
On day two, the team went Back to the Floor, spending time with our colleagues who work directly with customers across retail, claims and more. By seeing the systems, processes and day-to-day challenges first-hand, our ARC team gained valuable insight into how our frontline teams deliver great service. The aim was simple; by better understanding the reality of these roles, ARC can help make sure our colleagues have what they need to succeed, while keeping thing compliant, safe and simple for the customer.
