In February we brought back our annual roadshows, giving colleagues a chance to reflect on everything they achieved in 2025 and look ahead to an even bigger 2026. Updates were shared from our executive team, celebrating the brilliant work happening across our teams and setting out the plan for the year ahead – giving colleagues the opportunity to get their questions answered and get excited for 2026.
