In July, our Interventions team – who support non-fault third parties after an accident – got together in person to collaborate, look ahead and celebrate team successes. With colleagues spread across hybrid working setups in Leicester and Bexhill, the day was a brilliant opportunity to reconnect, welcome new starters and put faces to names. 

It wasn’t just a social catch-up (although there were plenty of great conversations!), the day gave the team space to reflect on how they’re helping customers get back on the road smoothly, talk through ways to improve service even further and celebrate the great engagement across the department.
