Our Claims Transformation, Commercial and Bl event brought colleagues together to look ahead at the changes shaping how we support our customers and each other. The focus was clear: simplifying processes through smart automation, improving the systems we use every day and making sure our customers can get in touch with us in the way that works best for them - smoothly and seamlessly every time.
Throughout the day, there were loads of great conversations, presentations and plenty of ideas shared on how we continue to deliver a friendly, efficient service while keeping the "human" side of our roles right where it belongs. With tasks streamlined behind the scenes, our teams can stay focused on what really matters - helping customers when they need us most.
