When we first caught up with Ella and Keisha back in 2024, they’d only been with us for a few months on the Commercial & Digital Grad Scheme. Fast forward to now, and it’s been brilliant to see just how much they’ve grown in confidence.
Both are now well into their second of four rotations, getting stuck into exciting new projects while building on everything they learned in their first placements. In their video below, they talk about the support they’ve received from their managers and mentors, the culture of #lifeatHD and the friendships they’ve made along the way.
