Back in October 2023, we sat down with Serendip just a month into his graduate scheme in Insurance Claims. Now, nearly two years and four placements later, he’s wrapping up his time on the scheme with a whole host of experiences under his belt. From Operations to Claims Fraud, he’s built a broad skillset, a deep understanding of Claims and a brilliant network of colleagues and friends across the business.
