Zara joined Hastings nearly 13 years ago as a Customer Service Representative, but she always had an eye on her development. With a tenacious approach to her progression and growth, she quickly moved into our Customer Care team, where she honed her skills in resolving customer complaints. Keen to challenge herself further, she took on a secondment as a Contact Centre Leader, broadening her experience and leadership abilities. 

For Zara, her development journey didn’t stop there! She wanted to push beyond her comfort zone, so she looked for new opportunities within our Chief Information Office (CIO), where she’s now thriving using her skills (and learning new ones) as an End User Support Leader.
