Emma first joined Hastings back in 2015 as a Customer Representative and quickly made her mark, working her way up to Team Leader in just a couple of years. In 2021, she left Hastings to explore some different opportunities in different sectors.
Fast forward to 2025 and we were delighted to welcome Emma back with open arms, this time as a Team Leader in our Home Claims team! Her energy and experience are now making a big difference to her team of mostly new starters.
