Leaders in our Home Claims team recently got together for a day of reflection and planning. With lots of new faces in the department and plenty of exciting projects underway, it was a chance to connect in person, share ideas, and look ahead to what’s next.

Over the past year, the team has been working on ways to improve how they support customers – whether that’s through quicker drying services, better training for claims handlers, or new digital tools that make the process smoother. The focus is on making things easier and more consistent, especially during moments that matter most to customers.

The event also gave colleagues space to talk about what’s working, what could be better, and how they can keep improving together.
