We recently hosted our Home Claims Supplier Day in Bexhill and Leicester, bringing together our colleagues and suppliers to learn more about how we help our home insurance customers when they need us most.
From temporary kitchens and emergency plumbing to asbestos removal and innovative claims management systems, our suppliers play a vital role in helping our customers get back on their feet after making a claim.
The events were packed with insightful conversations, hands-on demos and a few fun surprises – drones to fly, games to play, and giveaways to enjoy! For many of our colleagues, the real value came from being able to put faces to names, better understand the wide range of services available and see firsthand how these partnerships are evolving to meet our customers’ needs more effectively.
