Growing up in Leicester, David (Managing Director of Retail Operations) went on to university and began his professional journey at Barclays, where he spent seven years in senior roles across UK and international credit card businesses. In 2012, David made a pivotal move to join Hastings. What he discovered was more than just a new role; it was a culture that truly invests in its people: “Hastings definitely practises what it preaches. It invests in people; it’s invested in me, and the only reason I’m here now is because my leaders believed in me.”
Since joining, David has worked across Retail and Claims, most recently serving as Operations Director.
Now, David leads dedicated teams focused on helping our customers buy, manage and renew their motor and home insurance, delivering great customer service while embracing an increasingly digital future.
