From joining as a Customer Representative in Renewals 13 years ago to now leading teams as our Home Claims Operations Manager, Laura’s journey is a brilliant example of just how far passion, people-focus and a love of learning can take you. After spending a decade growing her career in the Renewals team to become Contact Centre Leader, Laura made the leap to a more technical role in Home Claims, embracing a steep learning curve and guiding the team through changes and exciting growth.
