The company treats me really well and praises all of our achievements. The leaders spend time guiding us and always have time if I need to discuss anything with them. I love working for Hastings Direct because the atmosphere is so friendly and the leaders and colleagues are really helpful. I like the shifts we have as it allows me to have a great work / life balance. The incentives we get are great and unlike some other companies, I feel Hastings Direct really engages colleagues and makes you feel valued. The company is really supportive of me inside and outside of work. I have worked in a lot of places in Leicester but this is the best environment by far, the building is new and vibrant, it’s located centrally so everything is close by. It’s a great place to be!
