Since joining us in 2016, our colleague Sunny has progressed internally into various roles within the company including Customer Representative, Coach and Team Leader.
At the end of last year, he decided to pursue a career change and moved into our IT team as an IT Service Tech Bar Manager, where he is now responsible for resolving IT incidents in the Leicester office and leads a team of six brilliant colleagues.
