In November we marked Fraud Awareness Week with our Fraud Awareness events in Leicester and Bexhill. These events put a spotlight on the great work our Fraud teams and suppliers do every day to protect our honest customers and the business.
With a wide range of interactive stalls from teams across the area, alongside some of our suppliers, colleagues got a great insight into how we work together to stay ahead of ever-evolving fraud.
Throughout the events, colleagues had the chance to learn more about the work that happens behind the scenes, hear directly from our suppliers and partners about the changing fraud landscape and see first-hand how our collaborative approach helps to prevent fraudulent behaviour and protect customers’ premiums. There were plenty of great conversations, including talks with industry experts, that really brought the scale and importance of this work to life.
