When Philip joined Hastings Direct in 2015, he saw an opportunity to be part of a growing business and quickly discovered how much space there was to grow his own career too. Starting in Customer Operations, he supported the expansion of our Leicester site before moving into roles across contact centres. With support from Hastings, he gained industry recognised CIPS qualifications, opening new pathways and shaping the direction of his career.
Now a Building Network Manager, Philip is helping improve how we support customers when their homes need repairing, making a real difference during some of life’s most stressful moments.
