Hastings Direct has received the bronze award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) for supporting those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families. At Hastings Direct, we’ve pledged our support to the armed forces community by signing the Armed Forces Covenant, recognising the value serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families bring to the community. The Armed Forces Covenant is a pledge made by organisations across the UK to commit to ensuring members of the armed forces community are treated fairly, and not disadvantaged in their day-to-day lives compared to their peers. Kieran, now one of our Customer Representatives, was in the Yorkshire Regiment before he signed up to the Career Transition Partnership (CTP). CTP is the official provider of resettlement and they supported Kieran with the connections that led him to his new role with us.
