Our Policy Review Team plays a vital role in making sure our customers are covered correctly – giving them confidence that their policy is right for them while also protecting against fraud. Behind the scenes, they’ve got a team dedicated to supporting them - our Technical Advisors (TAs)!
From the moment a new colleague joins the business, through ongoing coaching and training, the TA team ensures our Policy Review colleagues have the skills, knowledge and confidence to do the right thing for our customers, every time. By helping to identify fraudulent policies early, they also play a key role in ensuring our honest customers’ premiums are protected.
