Important information

It is essential that when you come to the office you bring along the right documents. This must be your in-date passport and if relevant, any supporting visas.

If you don’t have an in-date passport, you can provide us with your birth certificate (British) and proof of National Insurance number (for example, a National Insurance card, P45, P60 or payslip).

In addition to your passport or birth certificate, you’ll need to bring in a letter confirming your current proof of address. This must be a letter with your name on it and be dated within the last three months (a bank statement or utility bill would be ideal).

Please notify us beforehand if you have any issues with obtaining these documents. If you don’t bring in these documents without informing us in advance, we’ll be unable to proceed with your scheduled assessment centre.
