Meet some of the team

Victoria Ash, HR Business Partner

I was searching for a new role after returning from travelling and was referred to Hastings Direct by a friend. They mentioned it was a great place to work. They weren’t wrong! The company has a unique people focused culture. It's a place where the leaders are in touch with colleagues, as well as business needs, plus there’s a genuine entrepreneurial feel. New ideas and initiatives to drive the business forward are welcomed and senior leaders across the business are accessible, which enables quick decision-making. It means that it’s an exciting place to work too. It never stands still and there’s never a dull moment!

Sarah Jaffey, Training Manager

I started as a team leader in the sales department when I joined Hastings Direct in 2010 and my manager noticed that my skills could be suited to being a trainer. So, I became a trainer and recently I’ve been given the opportunity to progress further as a training manager. Hastings Direct offers great benefits and puts their employees at the forefront of what they do, while always being clear and upfront with them. I feel the company looks after its people well and I’ve always had great support from management with my development.
