We work closely with all parts of the business to scan the market for opportunities and trends, support senior leadership with defining strategic ambitions, and lead the delivery of projects that make an impact to the business.
If you enjoy thinking deeply about what makes the business tick, how the market and industry are changing and what lies ahead for insurance, Business Development may be the team for you. You’ll work closely with all parts of the business and get involved in everything from market research to product development and project delivery.
Working in the Business Development team is a great way to quickly get exposure to all parts of an insurance business, picking up valuable experience, learning new quantitative and qualitative skills and seeing how the pieces fit together. Collaboration and openness to new ideas is central to how we work.
We’re always working together with other teams to achieve our shared objectives, meanwhile finding inspiration for new ideas both around the business and elsewhere. Our curiosity and bias for action means we’ll regularly have several things on the go at any given time and are always open to a conversation – we know it might just lead to the next big thing.
