I joined Hastings Direct in 2015. While I started as a Customer Representative, within seven months I was seconded as a Training Advisor and have since progressed to Training Executive. I have been a Coach, a Model Office Leader, taken part in our ‘Be the Change’ initiative, played an active role in our Charity Committee and even travelled to South Africa to provide training. But all through my journey so far, I’ve never lost sight of what’s important - keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do.
