Payal Patel
Training Advisor

My two-year journey with Hastings Direct has been both fast and eventful. While I started as a Customer Representative, within seven months I was seconded as a Trainer. It was a fantastic opportunity that allowed me to use my experience and passion for the role to help shape our next intake of new starters. Since then I have been a Coach, a Model Office Leader, taken part in our ‘Be the Change’ initiative, played an active role in our Charity Committee and even travelled to South Africa to provide training. But all through my journey so far, I’ve never lost sight of what’s important - keeping our customers at the heart of everything we do. It is what helped me win a 4C Award for ‘Best Newcomer in Operations’.

Neha Kadiwar
Customer Services Team Leader

The Hastings Direct way of working allows me to focus my efforts and deliver the very best service for our customers and the best results for the company. If you are committed and passionate in what you do, it will carry through to your work. Our commitment to the 4Cs not only brings out the best in me, it also helps me direct my team in delivering a great customer experience. And we’re well recognised for our hard work, wining monthly and annual colleague awards and even the ‘Best Team’ award in 2016. I am so proud of my team, and that award meant even more to me than winning the ‘Best Team Leader’ award the previous year.

Hasan Faruk
Customer Representative and Coach

It is an exciting time to join Hastings Direct. The business is growing at an impressive rate and there is a real buzz around the place. The company is great at what it does. Not only as an important player in the insurance industry, but also in the way that it treats both its customers and colleagues. It genuinely puts them first. At the heart of everything we do is our commitment to the 4Cs. It allows us to focus on what is important. And shows that the company knows success is built on a culture where everyone has a clear idea of what we need to do and then actively plays their part.
