Our colleague Iona joined us in April 2023 as part of Digital Development, the team responsible for updating our Hastings Direct website and app to make it easier for our customers. Calling herself a ‘career-changer’, Iona previously worked as a Biomedical Scientist but turned to tech as a way to further challenge herself in a fast-paced industry. Now a brilliant Digital Developer, Iona shares how she moved into the tech space through her passion for problem solving.
